A Taste of Herbivore Botanicals

While on the Sephora website I was just randomly searching things and came across the brand Herbivore Botanicals. They don’t have very many products on the Sephora website but what they did have really interested me.

I love anything that smells like rose so immediately I was drawn to the Rose Hibiscus Coconut Water Hydrating Face mist and the Coco Rose Lip Conditioner.

First off, I really like the packaging of both these products. The simple white label with black writing is really appealing to me. It doesn’t hurt that both of these products are pink either. The both smell very rosy and are both infused with coconut oil which is very hydrating to the skin.

The hydrating face mist is basically a toner with coconut water, Bulgarian rose, and hibiscus. It is meant to tone, hydrate, and smooth. I use it after I was my face and before I moisturize. I prefer toners/mists that spray because I feel much more refreshed after I spray my face. It definitely leaves my skin feeling more moisturized and dewy. I would repurchase this again but I’m into trying new skincare so I don’t think it’ll be my next repurchase.

The hydrating lip conditioner contains coconut oil and rose extracts. It definitely feels like coconut oil on your lips when you put it on. It is very moisturizing. I have this on my bedside table and put it on every night before bed and I was up with plump soft lips. I love this lip balm. The only downside to this lip balm is its quite hard to dig your finger in and get the product. But, that being said, once you do get product it’s really nice.
