e.l.f. Cosmetics Haul

I was super excited to see that e.l.f. (eyes lips face) is now being carried by Walmart in Canada. So, I went to my local Walmart with a friend, saw the display, and got so excited. I knew I just had to pick up some things from them. I’ve heard such great things about the brand for being a really affordable brand. I haven’t tried very much from the brand so I decided to pick up a wide array of items. Here is what I got!!

Blending Eyeshadow Brush: This is the only thing I’m a bit dissapointed in already. I like for my blending brushes to be really fluffy and this really isn’t. But, I can still use it for an all over the lid shadow brush and I think it’ll worth nicely for that

Mad for Matte Eyeshadow Palette: I have heard such great things about e.l.f. eyeshadows palettes and this one looked really nice. It looks like it will be great for travel and you can do so many looks with just this palette. If you want to see a review on just this palette, let me know!

HD Loose Powder in Sheer: I’ve also heard good things about this powder and I’m constantly looking for a less expensive alternative to my Laura Mercier Loose Translucent Powder. Hopefully this one is sheet and translucent.

Hydrating face primer: It feels a little siliconey on when I put it on the back of my hand but also pretty hydrating. It feels like it will hydrate nicely but also blur some pores.

Lip Exfoiliator: I’m really lazy with exfoliating my lips but having it in a tube just seems so easy. It feels pretty gritty. I actually already tried this and LOVE.

Matte Lipstick in Tea Rose: This looks like a really nice mauve nude and will be great for just tossing on with any look. I also like the skinny pencil type lipsticks because you don’t really need a lip liner with it.
