Anastasia Beverly Hills Master Palette by Mario

How could I not get this palette? It is a neutral jewel toned palette that is amazing for fall. I also love the Kardashians, maybe not all their decisions, but their makeup and style is amazing. This palette was created in collaboration with Anastasia Beverly Hills by Kim Kardashians makeup artist, Mario Dedivanovic. He has an amazing instagram and Kim Kardashian’s makeup always flawless when he does it. I have never tried any of the Anastasia eyeshadow palettes so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to.

This palette is 59$ at Sephora . I looked on the Anastasia Beverly Hills website for this palette but couldn’t find it which I found odd. It also includes a double sided eyeshadow brush. On one side is a blending brush and on the other side is a shader brush. This brush is actually pretty good quality. I used it and it did the job well which is super convenient. The packaging is nice a sleek. It is a cardboard packing which I really like. It comes with a big mirror.

Getting onto the shadows! It comes with 12 eyeshadows. 3 are metallic finish, 3 are ultra matte finish, 5 are satin finish, 1 is velvet finish. They are all super buttery and pigmented. I haven’t tried one that was a disappointment. They are so great for fall. I really like how this is a warm toned palette but have some hints of cool tones in it. It has mostly neutrals in it but has a couple jewel toned colours that are amazing for fall. They’re not super colourful so I would say they could be considered ‘colourful neutrals’.

The shadows blend like a dream. They go on very pigmented but they blend out like you wouldn’t believe. I’ve never tried any of Anastasia Eyeshadows so I don’t know how they rest blend out but this palettes shadows are amazing.

All of the swatches below are one swipe and I didn’t dig into the shadows at all.

The only thing I would say is wrong with this palette is there is a lot of kick up when I dip my brush into the shadows. If you tap off your brush before you apply it to the eyes it doesn’t fall all over your face. I find this is true of any really pigmented shadows though so I’m not complaining.

All in all, you need this palette! Stop reading this, go to the Sephora website and by this!

Have you guys tried Anastasia eyeshadows? Are they all this amazing?
