YAAASSS new year new me. New year, new makeup is more like it actually. Going through my makeup drawers and my skincare stash is such a fun time of the month. It makes me excited again to look at all of my products and figure out what I’ve been super into that month as far as beauty products go.

The Morphe Setting Mist is a real game changer. Let’s start off with talking about that mist. It’s a continuous mist so it’s similar to a hairspray mist and it helps deliver a completely uniform set. It has a bit of a dewy finish and helps all the powder products on my face, melt into my skin. It helps my makeup to last longer and smells so good and fresh.

I have a hard time finding a bronzer for the winter that doesn’t give me an orange look. The Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer is perfect for me. This bronzer is matte and buildable. It isn’t so harsh that it looks unnatural on my skin. It’s a little bit warm toned for contouring but warms my face up really nicely.

I’ve been obsessed with face oil for my dry skin forever. The Fresh Seaberry Moisturizing Face Oil gives my skin a big glass of water. It is absolutely packed with antioxidants and moisturizing ingredients. I mix a little bit in with my night cream and it takes my skin care routine to a whole other level. If you have dry skin and haven’t tried face oil, do it immediately!

I love a good orange, warm-toned lip. It packs such a punch on fair skin with. I have been loving the Too Faced mini liquid lipsticks from their Christmas set. The Matte Liquified Liquid Lipsticks are a great long-wearing lipstick. They are super comfortable. The colours Pumpkin Spice and Hot Buttered Rum are absolutely gorgeous.

I’ve learned something about myself over the last few months. I am incredibly into scents. If something smells amazing and does wonders for me then I am hooked. I am telling my friends about it, I’m telling my coworkers about it, and I’m telling my dog about it. The Lush Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner smells like a field of roses. The scent is so intoxicating its sickening. You might be asking, what the heck is a body conditioner? Well, you put it on in the shower, then rinse it off. It has argan oil in it and leaves the skin so moisturized that you don’t even need to use body cream! LOVE!!
