• Origins Out of Trouble 10 Minute Mask – Skin Rescue Mask?

I’m lucky in the fact that my skin is good. I don’t have bad acne, I don’t have oily skin, I don’t have redness on my skin. My skin is dry and I typically get hormonal small acne on my chin. But, this past week I was getting large spots in places I don’t normally on my skin. My skin was basically looking like crap. So I sent my husband on a little journey to Sephora to grab me a mask to try and help my current problematic skin. Today I’ll be talking about the Origins Out of Trouble 10 Minute Mask to Rescue Problem Skin. Origins is one of…

  • Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Hyaluronic Clay Pore-Tight Facial Mask

Not only am I a huge fan of Glow Recipe but I am a huge fan of face masks. When Glow Recipe came out with the Watermelon Glow Hyaluronic Clay mask, I knew I had to try it and review it for you guys. It has so many words in the title I love. Watermelon? Yes. Glow? Yup. Hyaluronic? Yes please. Pore-Tight? Oh yeah. So I skipped my booty to my local Sephora and picked it up! This mask is a clay mask with hyaluronic-infused clay, BHA, PHA, and watermelon enzymes. It is meant to be non-drying, clear pores, smooth, and hydrate. According to the Sephora website, this mask is…

  • Canadian Beauty Blogger Gift Exchange

During the holiday season I was able to participate in a Secret Santa Gift Exchange with the Canadian Beauty Blogger community. I was so excited because, since I like in Nova Scotia, I’m not able to participate in a ton of Beauty blogger stuff! But this was all done online and through the magic of mail.  The gift exchange was done through Elfster and went so well! I sent off my gift and got a gift!  Today I thought I would share everything my (not so) Secret Santa sent to me!  My secret Santa was Desiree! Her blog is http://www.desireplusane.ca and her Instagram is @desireelaw. Go give her a follow and…

  • March Favourites 2017

Well, I would love to say that spring is upon us but it seems like everytime we have a nice sunny day, it’s followed by a day that snows! C’mon mother nature, give us Canadians a break! But, with April here I thought I would round up some of my favourite products from the month of March. I also thought this month I would include more than just makeup. I love to review all sorts of different products so I thought this would be nice. Let me know what you think! My first favourite of the month is the Smashbox Contour Kit. This and the Kat Von D contour kit…

  • Spring Ulta Haul 2017

I so wish we had an Ulta Beauty in Canada. So, when my sister told me she’s was going to the states a couple times over the next few months I recruited her to take my list to Ulta and get me some things I’ve been dying to try. It might actually be good that we don’t have Ulta here because I would spend all of my money there.  I decided to pick up some things that I couldn’t get in Canada but also some things that I just haven’t seen or are hard to get my hands on. Makeup Revolution was at the top of my list for products…

She raved about how this minimized the size of her pores dramatically in one of her videos. So, when I got this in the mail from Amazon I was so excited.  There isn’t too much on the packaging about what this will do for your skin but the general idea is that it’s supposed to…
