• Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Divine Neutrals Eyeshadow Palette – Best Nude Palette?

I have been a Jaclyn Hill stan for a long time. I fell off for a while when I fell off of watching/caring about any beauty influencers but I am back on and I am back on in a big way. People might be a bit skeptical about Jaclyn Hill and her products but I’m going to let the products speak for themselves. I have a few of Jaclyn Hill’s products and I am mostly happy with them. When I saw this beauty of a palette come onto her Instagram, I immediately knew I wanted it. So today, I’ll be talking about, swatching, and creating an eye look with the…

  • Natasha Denona Mini Nude Eyeshadow Palette

I have had this eyeshadow palette and it has been killing me not to crack into it. But, for the good of the blog, I waited until I could take pictures of it and now, I will dive right into it. Although I only have one other Natasha Denona palette and she’s a mini too (review here), I love it and the quality is unmatched. Today I’ll be showing, swatching, and doing a look on the Natasha Denona Mini Nude Eyeshadow Palette. I’m not sure there’s much better than cracking into a brand new neutral eyeshadow palette and knowing the quality of Natasha Denona eyeshadows, this one makes me tingle…

  • My Go To Fall Lipsticks

Fall has to be my favourite time of the year for makeup. Although I love a good tan, my skin really suits me being fair. Also, I love wearing deeper makeup on my eyes, my cheeks, and my lips. When September comes around, I’m pretty sick of wearing corals and ready to wear some reds, browns, and berries. Today I’ll be talking all about my go-to fall lipsticks. I tried to include some day-time fall lipsticks as well as some night-time options. But to be honest, I would wear all of these day or night. Hope you enjoy my choices! Swatches at the end!! First is this gorgeous Kat Von…

  • Decluttering My Liquid Lipsticks

I don’t know why but I have been in the mood lately to just purge everything I don’t use anymore. Maybe it’s the change in seasons or maybe I’m just sick of looking at piles of stuff all around my apartment but I have been a decluttering machine the last few weeks. Today, I thought I would tackle what I have the absolute most of in my makeup collection. Without a doubt that would be: LIQUID LIPSTICKS.  I am completely obsessed with liquid lipsticks and love that these have become a trend. I hardly ever buy regular lipsticks anymore because liquid lipsticks are everything I could want in a lip…

  • US Drugstore Haul

August has been actually crazy for me. My sister got married and then a week later one of my best friends got married. After all that madness and fun, my boyfriend and I decided to take a vacation and we spent 4 full days in New York City. While I was in New York I went into a couple drugstores. By a couple I mean I went into every drugstore I came by. I also went to the Glossier Showroom while I was away, had such a fun time there, and picked up a few products I thought I would include. If you want to see what I picked up…

  • Spring Ulta Haul 2017

I so wish we had an Ulta Beauty in Canada. So, when my sister told me she’s was going to the states a couple times over the next few months I recruited her to take my list to Ulta and get me some things I’ve been dying to try. It might actually be good that we don’t have Ulta here because I would spend all of my money there.  I decided to pick up some things that I couldn’t get in Canada but also some things that I just haven’t seen or are hard to get my hands on. Makeup Revolution was at the top of my list for products…

  • October Favourites 2016

I know everyone says this but I can’t believe it’s almost November. It’s been a pretty busy month and I’ve been getting more and more into my blog. I’m getting more into the swing of taking pictures, writing posts, and putting myself out there. I made a few purchases this month and I am loving everything I got! I love when that happens. Anyways, today I’ll be talking all about the products I’ve been loving for the month of October.  First off, the real star in my eyes. The Master Palette by Mario in collaboration with Anastasia Beverly Hills is absolutely amazing! The colour payoff is amazing, the blendability (not a…

  • Essence Cosmetics Eyeshadow Palette

Can you ever have too many neutral eyeshadow palettes? I hope not because I just got one more. I’ve been eyeing the Essence Cosmetics 8 pan eyeshadow palettes for a while and decided to go for it. They have 5 different options for the 8 pan palettes but I decided to go for the nudes because it had the most mix of satins and shimmers. If you want to hear what I think about this palette then keep on reading! This is the All About Eyeshadow Palette in Nudes. I bought this palette at Shoppers Drug Mart for $5.49.This palette comes with 8 eyeshadows. 5 of the eyeshadows area satin…

  • Meet Matt(e) Nude Palette Review

This palette is the newest addition to my collection thanks to my sister. I absolutely love eyeshadow palettes and especially matte eyeshadow palettes. There is no way I needed another eyeshadow palette but of course I welcomed it into my collection with open arms. I’m not sure where my sister got this but you can get this on the thebalm.com for $42. This palette contains 9 eyeshadows and they are huge shadows. They are 3g each which is twice the size of Mac shadows at 1.5g. The Balm’s packaging is always really cute. This palette is cardboard and folds open. All of the eyeshadows are a ‘Matt’ with a different last name. All…
