Beauty Empties January 2019
Doing these posts make me feel so good. I can finally throw out everything that’s empty. If you have watched the Netflix series “Tidying Up”, having empty products around does not spark joy in my life. Brush or Sponge for Foundation?
For as long as I have been into makeup I have gone back and forth on the best way to apply my foundation. For the first few years I only used a brush for my foundation. Then, for the last few years I have been strictly a sponge girl. I had never put them head to head before now! I decided to do half of my face with a brush and the other half with a sponge. HUGE Ulta Haul
I just got back from Miami a couple days ago but I couldn’t wait to post this haul so I can start using all of my new products. My hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to Ulta so of course, I went 3 times in 3 days. I was honestly like a kid in a candy store. It’s hard to create an amazing painting without tools and it’s near impossible to create beautifully artistry on your face without brushes and beauty tools. I don’t have a massive collection of brushes but I have put together a few that I would be absolutely lost without. Todays post is all about my favourite brushes that I own. Another year gone, another year with me spending WAY too much money on makeup. It has gotten to the point that no one wants to get me makeup for christmas because they just assume I have all the makeup. Which, I mean, is so untrue. Spring Ulta Haul 2017
I so wish we had an Ulta Beauty in Canada. So, when my sister told me she’s was going to the states a couple times over the next few months I recruited her to take my list to Ulta and get me some things I’ve been dying to try. Summer Drugstore Beauty Haul
Who can pass up a little drugstore beauty haul? Not me, thats for sure. I love walking around the drugstore, finding new stuff, and hopefully finding some hidden gems that are just as good, if not better, than high end makeup. On this trip I went to Shoppers Drug Mart and Lawtons Drugs. Here is what I got when I went on a little spree! Simple Cleansing Micellar Water – My favourite cleansing water from the drugstore.
