Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream – Favourite Cream for Dry Skin

If anyone were to ask me what is my favourite face cream for dry skin, it would be an immediate reaction to say the Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Cream. I have used this cream off and on for years and realized I never have done a full review of this on my blog.

A big focus for me has always been my skin but as I’m approaching 30, I really need to hone in on the products that really work for me. I love sharing all of my favourite products with you so I want to do a full review of my favourite face cream.

Tatcha is a Japanese Beauty and Skincare brand. They balance Japanese botanicals with ingredients that will clinically work with your skin. The brand Tatcha is all about rituals. Their products are all about healthy aging and celebrating all skin.

Lets start with the ingredients of the Dewy Skin Cream. It contains Japanese purple rice which is very rich in antioxidants, helps skin recover from stress, pollution, and damage. Next it contains Okinawa Algae Blend and Hyaluronic Acid which draws water and moisture to the skin. It helps to replenish the ceramides in your skin and makes your skin look more plump. The last highlighted ingredients are botanical extracts which are ginseng, wild thyme, and sweet marjoram. They nourish skin and allow your skin to retain moisture which gives you a dewy glow.

It is a pricey product at $90(CAD) per jar but if you are able to spend the money on a face cream, this one is great for normal to dry skin.

This is a very thick face cream. It’s very rich. It glides onto your skin so so nicely. You only need to use a small amount of this product for it to be effective. It plumps up my skin and makes my skin look super healthy. I use this at night all the time but will use it during the day as well if I’m feeling extra dry. Makeup goes on top of it so nicely.

I will use other creams here and there but always go back to the Tatcha cream because it responds so well with my skin. I literally cannot say enough good things about this cream.

Have you ever tried my favourite face cream?
