For The Love of Sheet Masks

If you have no idea what sheet masks are then you’ve come to the right place! Sheet masks are paper, fabric, or gel face masks that are saturated with hydrating, brightening, or perfecting ingredients to pamper your skin. Each of them is already wet and you simply just lay the paper, fabric, or gel over your face, let it sit for however long it says (usually 10-20 mins), and then take it off. It is not a peel off mask and will not hurt when it comes off. I have never tried a more expensive sheet mask because I think the less expensive masks get it done.

Today, I thought I would talk about some of my favorite sheet masks!

Innisfree is an all natural skin care brand from South Korea. I had never heard of the brand before I ordered these masks from Amazon. It came in a 15 variety pack for around 21$. It came with a huge mixture of scents and I love all the ones I have tried so far. These masks are quite wet and stay wet while on your face for a long time. I really like this so I typically leave this on for 30 minutes.

Another skin care brand I had never tried is Tony Moly. Tony Moly is a Korean cosmetic brand which sells skincare, makeup, body care, and nail care. I also ordered a pack of these from Amazon. These were around 17$ for an 11 pack. This also comes with a huge variety of masks and the packaging on these masks is so cute. Each mask smells exactly like what it should which is really nice. They are also each supposed to do something different.

My first ever sheet mask experience was when I went to visit my sister in Toronto and she took me to The Face Shop. Since I’m a face mask junkie I immediately went to the face mask section and started picking some. I have never tried a sheet mask from The Face Shop that I didn’t like. They are all fantastic. These may have been the first sheet mask I ever tried but, I won’t ever stop using them! The one that I show above is 2$.

Since Sephora Sheet masks are so accessible I thought I would include a few different masks but all sheet related. The face sheet masks from Sephora come in 8 different scents and are all supposed to do something different. From mattifying and anti-blemish to anti-aging and smoothing. There is something for everyone. These Face sheet masks are 8$ and can be purchased on the Sephora website. To go along with the Sheet Masks, Sephora also has eye masks that match every sheet mask. I love eye masks and these ones are no different! If you’re in need of a pick me up, try these! Lastly from Sephora are lip sheet masks.  I have not tried these yet but they are supposed to replenish, nourish, and moisturize lips. They are also supposed to make your lips look younger. Not sure about that last one but, my lips are always dry so I’m excited to try these!
