Wet N Wild Colour Eyecon Eyeshadow Quad

If you have ever been doubtful of Wet N Wild products because the packaging isn’t that nice and they are the cheapest brand at the drugstore, you need to reevaluate your life. I have never tried a Wet N Wild product I don’t like. Even though they are a very inexpensive brand, their products are exceptional.

They recently reformulated and relaunched their Color Eyecon Eyeshadows. I have their original Comfort Zone Palette and love it. The used to only have trios and 8 pan palettes but they now only have quads and 10 pan palettes. When they came out with all of these new quads I wanted to try them so badly. Of course it took them forever to come to Canada but, here they are!

All of these quads have a mixture of matte and shimmer shadows. They also tell you where to put each colour if you’re new to eyeshadow.

Depending on where you get them and what sale is going on, these eyeshadows are around $4.

The two quads I decided to get are Walking on Eggshells and Hooked on Vinyl. I wanted to get Walking on Eggshells because it’s a classic and revamped.

Walking on Eggshells is a gorgeous, neutral quad. It has a nice light brown transition shade, a pigmented cream shade, a shimmer bronze shade, and a shimmer pink shade for the lid. It’s a perfect quad for someone who loves neutral eyeshadow and wants a natural eye look.

Hooked on Vinyl is a really cool looking quad. To be honest, I got it mostly for that dark teal shade. It comes with a creamsicle transition shade, a warm-toned cream shade, that gorgeous deep teal, and a shimmer copper shade.

All of these eyeshadow quads are buttery and pigmented. They also blend really nicely on the eyes. For the price point, these eyeshadows are amazing. Both of these palettes are very wearable and I find them to just be easy eyeshadows. They apply easily and blend easily.

Have you ever tried any Wet N Wild eyeshadows? Which ones are your favourites?
