My Favourite Skin Tints/Tinted Moisturizers for Dry Skin

I have been an absolute sucker for the natural makeup looks. I have worn full coverage foundations for the last 10 years! Not only does natural makeup take less time but I think it makes me look younger. I have picked up a few more natural looking skin tints over the last few months so I thought I would chat about them a little bit.

I have 3 natural skin tints/tinted moisturizers that I wanted to review today. I have the Morphe 2 Hint Hint Skin Tint, the Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint, and the Urban Decay Hydromaniac Glowy Tinted Hydrator Foundation.

The Morphe 2 Hint Hint Skin Tint was actually the first one I bought. The price is $24 (CAD). It comes in 20 shades, has a glass bottle, and a dropper applicator. It’s a very liquidy formula. It has sheer to light coverage but is buildable.

I really like using this in the spring and summer time when I don’t want to reach for a thick/full coverage foundation and just wanna even my skin tone out. It’s perfect for that because it’s light and breathable. Its incredibly dewy, so I would recommend this for my dry skin peoples out there. It looks like my skin but an even better version of my skin.

The Fenty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint might be my favourite out of all three of these. It is $39 (CAD). It comes in 25 shades, it’s light to medium coverage. The container is like a hard plastic and then has a really interesting squeezy at the top. Ive never seen a foundation product with this container.

While the Morphe Skin Tint was dewy and sheer-to-light coverage, the Fenty Skin Tint is more of a natural finish and gives light-to-medium coverage. It is very easy to apply with a beauty sponge and blends into the skin like butter. The Fenty Skin Tint also lasts on my skin really well. I can get a full 8 hours before my skin doesn’t look its best. It evens out my skin tone without making it look like I’m wearing a ton of makeup. I do think the Fenty Skin Tint would look the best on oily skin out of all the skin tints I’m reviewing today.

The Urban Decay Hydromaniac Glowy Tinted Hydrator Foundation is my newest skin tint. Like the Fenty Skin Tint, the Urban Decay one is also $39 (CAD). It is infused with kombucha filtrate and marula oil for a more hydrated look to the skin. It gives medium coverage with a radiant finish.

I, again, apply this with a beauty sponge. It gives me such an even skin tone. This skin tint feels super lightweight on my skin while perfecting it. Even after 8-10 hours, my skin doesn’t feel gross with this. It lets my freckles come through but hides all of my problem areas. It 100% does give a radiant finish to the skin. I would describe this skin tint as more than a tinted moisturizer but less than a foundation, if that makes any sense.
