A Review of Wet n Wild Face Palettes

Wet n Wild is one of the most inexpensive brands at the drugstore and has been killing it lately. They came out with a bunch of new products and I’m impressed with all of what I’ve tried. Today, I’ll be talking all about the new face palettes they came out with.

They recently came out with contour palettes in 2 different colors. The colour selection is not great because they don’t have much for medium to deep skin tones. The colour I got is Dulce Do Leche. It matches my skin tone perfectly. I use the highlighting colour to highlight under my eyes. It’s a nice light yellow colour. The contour colour is halfway in between a bronzer and a contour. I use it as both and it looks great as both. The powders in this palette are very smooth and easy to blend. This is a fantastic contouring palette. I purchased mine in New York and haven’t seen them at any of my local drugstores unfortunately. It was around $5.

The illuminating palette has four different pink coloured powders all joined. They look really nice all mixed together or can be used separate to create different looking highlights. They would also look great as eyeshadow. The powder feels a little chunky but doesn’t come off that way on the skin. It comes off as a bam highlight though so if you’re into more subtle highlights then this probably isn’t for you. I got this palette at my local Lawtons and it was also around $5.
